Whole house renovation.

Replaced radiators. Plastered. 

Added new shower – replaced tiles and rewired. Added new power points with concealed wires. Created a utility room from dormant space. Replaced ceiling and insulated ceiling joists. Added lights. Boxed in all pipe work. Replaced window. Wallpapered feature wall. Laid flooring including Polysafe. Changed downpipes and hopper outside property. Tanked and rendered under the external staircase. Painting & decorating.  End of build clean.
